I am a head band junkies! I have a TON of hair! It’s thick and naturally curly and course all while being super long. No extensions on this head. Head bands that can hold and stay in place are hard to find because my hair will push it forward onto my forehead or it flies back on my pony. The American Flag knotted band stays out! I can wear it down with the top knot or switch it around and have it cover and hold more of my hair back when working out and getting sweaty.
